Terms of Service
These terms describe what WebnoLogics provides, how your subscription works, and the strict boundaries our autonomous engine operates within.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or deploying a probe target you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Service
WebnoLogics performs scheduled HTTP, DNS, and TLS checks against endpoints you designate, records the results, and surfaces diagnostics and plain-English root-cause guidance.
You may only deploy probes against infrastructure you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor. Probing third-party systems without permission is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
3. Monitoring accuracy and no uptime guarantee
Monitoring is best-effort. Network conditions, provider rate limits, DNS propagation, and probe scheduling can delay or miss an event. WebnoLogics is a diagnostic aid, not a guarantee that your infrastructure is healthy, and does not replace your own incident response process.
We do not commit to a contractual uptime SLA for the monitoring platform itself except where separately agreed in writing on an Enterprise plan.
4. Autonomous engine safety boundaries
The Autonomous Engine may act on your behalf when a target degrades. Every action is classified in our safety registry before it can run:
- Read-only — diagnostics, re-probes, and resolution checks. Always permitted.
- Reversible — actions with a defined rollback, such as cache purges or retry replays.
- Guarded — anything with a wider blast radius. Requires explicit operator confirmation and is never executed silently.
You remain responsible for the configuration you enable. Disabling the Autonomous Engine stops all non-read-only activity immediately.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack, load-test without authorization, circumvent rate limits, resell raw probe capacity, or store unlawful content in target metadata.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebnoLogics is not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages. In any event where WebnoLogics is proven directly liable for a defect, our total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the lesser of $100 or the total amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Material changes to these terms will be announced in-product before they take effect.
