We collect the minimum needed to monitor your infrastructure, and we never sell, share, or aggregate your target records with anyone.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, handled by our managed authentication provider.
- Target configuration — the names, URLs, and service types of the probes you deploy.
- Telemetry — probe timestamps, latency in milliseconds, HTTP status codes, DNS resolution state, and TLS expiry dates.
- Remediation audit records — an append-only log of what the Autonomous Engine observed and did.
2. What we deliberately do not collect
Probes issue lightweight HEAD/GET requests. We do not capture response bodies, request payloads, customer records, database contents, credentials, or session cookies from your systems.
3. Authentication
Passwords are never stored by WebnoLogics; authentication is delegated to our managed identity provider. Sessions are held in your browser and can be revoked by signing out.
4. Non-sharing of infrastructure records
Your target list and telemetry are treated as confidential operational data. We do not sell it, do not share it with advertisers, and do not pool it into cross-customer benchmarks or training datasets. Access by our team is limited to a small number of engineers, only when required to resolve a support request you have opened.
5. Retention
Probe results are retained on a rolling window appropriate to your plan and then purged. Audit logs are immutable for their retention period. Deleting a target removes it from your dashboard; deleting your account removes your configuration and telemetry from production systems, with backups expiring on their normal cycle.
6. Subprocessors
We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, and transactional email. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and processes data only on our instructions.
7. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from the dashboard, or by through the general contact form.
